Challenge:
A biotechnology company focused on developing innovative therapies for neurodegenerative diseases had submitted two abstracts to the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) Congress and sought expert guidance on the scientific strength and likelihood of acceptance of their submissions.
Beyond abstract assessment, the client required end-to-end support for developing two congress posters and a manuscript based on the accepted research. As the project progressed, the client recognized an opportunity to expand its publication strategy further and requested support for a second manuscript. The challenge was to ensure both manuscripts delivered distinct scientific value while maximizing their publication potential.
Approach:
Our team conducted a detailed scientific review of the submitted abstracts and evaluated their suitability for presentation at ISPOR. Based on our assessment, we advised the client that the abstracts demonstrated strong scientific merit and had a high probability of acceptance.
