Gayatri Phadke, PhD. is the Managing Editor of Enago Academy. She often writes on key trends in the publishing industry drawing on her experience both as a research and as an industry professional. Having begun her career as a Subject-Matter Expert with Enago Publication Support, she has worked on several customized projects assisting authors with niche STEM publishing requirements. Leveraging this experience, she led the Publication Support client servicing team in developing Enago’s Research Impact services and automating the client workflows.

She is a published author with several publications in established international journals including Springer, Royal Society of Chemistry, and Oxford Academic. She is a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut and has received her masters from King’s College London. Her research expertise includes the fields of analytical chemistry, bioanalysis, and forensic sciences.
